Regrettably, Buoyla cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit, or for any unexpected delays in the shipping process.

Once an order is successfully delivered and its status is confirmed through DHL tracking, Buoyla relinquishes responsibility for the order.

In any instances of customs delays, which lie outside of our jurisdiction, we are unable to assume responsibility for any delays caused during the processing.

If any orders are sent back to our warehouse because they were undeliverable, an automatic credit note will be issued for the total value of the purchased items, excluding the initial shipping expenses. This credit can then be utilized to place a new order through us.

To ascertain the reason behind the return of your order, kindly get in touch with the shipping company directly, providing them with your tracking number. This situation frequently arises due to incorrect or incomplete address information.




 Customers should be aware that purchasing and importing products into their respective countries might incur charges.

If an international shipment incurs customs duties and taxes, the customer will be responsible for settling these fees associated with the order.

Please take note that Buoyla does not handle or collect any tax charges or fees. As a result, we cannot anticipate which orders will be subject to these fees.

In cases where a package remains unclaimed or the customer refuses to cover duties and taxes, DHL will make efforts to arrange re-delivery. Should DHL fail to reach the customer and successfully redeliver the package within their specified timeframe, the parcel will be disposed of in the recipient's country. Unfortunately, no compensation will be provided for unclaimed or refused parcels, even after multiple delivery attempts. If the parcel is sent back to the sender, the return costs incurred by DHL will be deducted from the customer's store credit balance.
